Marvelous Mini Meatloaf
1 large egg
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup quick cooking oatmeal
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 cup shredded Italian cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 pound ground beef
2/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup honey mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine egg, milk, oatmeal, onion, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salts, and ground beef in large bowl.
Form mixture into 6-8 mini meatloaves!
Place into a lightly greased baking dish.
In a small bowl (I use a drinking glass), combine the ketchup, honey mustard and brown sugar with a fork, stirring until the lumps are smooth.
Spread glaze over each meatloaf.
Bake for 45 minutes, uncovered.
